Setup the Exercise Settings
1) Click on the headers of the exercises you want to select. (Select/deselect them all by clicking the buttons below)
2) Click "Apply Settings" to pre-set the settings from above to your selected exercise(s)
3) Click "Finish" when you're done configuring the exercise settings for all your exercise(s)
